Managing multiple bookings

For what could I use Experience? When we proposed the theme, before its creation, the primary purpose of Experience was to be a multipurpose booking management theme for both free and paid reservations – for example for use on the website of a hotel, travel agency, … and so give added value – but over time, in addition to implement these functions, we were adding more interesting features to cover the entire scope of bookings as events, classes or workshops, conferences, activities, exhibitions and what you are thinking you can book! 🙂

So its main features that make it unique are:

  • The booking management: every experience that we create will have its own calendar, leaving open the days that can be booked and closed the days that cannot. Either because we don’t want this day open to book or because it has reached the limit of people who can book that day, which is fully customized by the author of the experience. Moreover, we can also define the price and currency we want for the experience (Payment integration via PayPal) or offer it for free.
  • Portfolio: you have the possibility to show your projects through two different Portfolio layouts.
  • Blog: we can also create a blog and display it across 6 different page layouts, with or without sidebar (right and left) and with a grid or not (masonry grid).
  • Drag&Drop Page Builder: very useful for creating pages with widgets, dragging and customizing them to our liking to create our perfect and super complete pages!

And all the functionalities, of course, are included but are optional, so if I just want a portfolio or a blog, I remove the reserve functionality and… voila an awesome Portfolio!

Experience Demos

So that you can see Experience in all its glory on the following links you have several examples/demos which combine all its previous features and more as its customized widgets fully integrated with the theme, shortcodes and its different headers and menus:

  • Experience: directory of activities and experiences of different authors in which anybody could freely register to experience new sensations.
  • Hotel: hotel which offers different activities to do both in the hotel (live music, SPA sessions) and in the surroundings (boat trips, city tours …) for its customers.
  • Workshop: workshops offered by a photographer to earn extra money while he shows his projects and Portfolio.
  • Museum: a museum website which also offers the possibility to book conferences, classes or special exhibitions.

I hope the post has been helpful to you and if you like the Experience theme it is a pride for us to say that it’s available on ThemeForest.
